Meet Your Coach: Chaz

Chaz Wolfson is renowned as a dynamic speaker, author, coach, and trainer, focusing on improving the body's physiology for optimal health, energy and cognition.

At the age of 24, Chaz faced a challenging battle with cancer. Though he emerged victorious and cancer-free a year post-treatment, the journey wasn't smooth. He struggled with brain fog, lethargy, physical weakness and poor functioning bodily systems for years afterward.

After not getting any answers from Western medicine and traditional healthcare he sought other means of getting his body strong again. He studied ancient traditions of medicine, dove into the world of biohacking and received multiple certifications in nutrition and fitness.

Chaz now helps men lose weight, strengthen their bodies through personal training and improve their health by changing their eating habits. He does this via an online coaching program and in-person in the Saint Petersburg, Florida, vicinity.

Chaz holds multiple certifications in personal training, corrective exercise, and nutrition. He’s currently pursuing his Master’s degree in physiology and kinesiology.

Outside of work, Chaz's passions include immersing himself in the latest science fiction and comedy series, exploring the art of leather crafting, diving into video games, and enjoying going out with his wife, friends, and family.
